The cat on top of the refrigerator. He's trying to get the disturbing green figure, Marimokkori, that Riley brought back from Hokkaido. Einstein has a penchant for beating up green stuffed animals. You should see him kick his octopus around. We had a mirror out for a day. Einstein would eye out the other cat (his reflection) in the mirror and make himself puffier and puffier until he dashed away and pounced on his octopus and kicked his butt. With Todd gone, the cat's behavior has gotten worse. A case study in family relations, perhaps? A lesson on the importance of a father figure on young boys?
