So on the plus side today: I won an award for notable service today at work. I was the only person in the my office to ever win the award amongst the 60+ ppl who work in our division. It was definitely an honor.
On the down side: I drank Metamucil tonight because I might've taken doses Pepto and Po Chai too close to one another. I did this because I had a stomach bug this weekend and didn't eat anything really solid for about three days. So we'll see to what end this comes to (no pun intended).
At least now the sun sets after 5pm. I would be sitting in near darkness while waiting at the bus stop at 4:30pm just a few weeks ago. Another plus is that the temp broke 50 degrees twice this week. The last time that happened was probably early November(?).
Future note: I will have to post a picture of my three weeks without shaving. My beard gets stuck in my sweater zippers, crumbs get stuck in there too, and I can feel the wind going through it at the bus stop.
Also a plus: The church band I'm on had it's first perfomance. It was for the church's youth group's end of the month worship session. The group played well though this is some of the member's first "real" performance and some forgot lyrics whatnot. It's nice to be a seasoned veteran so I can feel excited and enjoy playing but not stressed about it. I have to say I miss the energy of high schoolers but that's seems like a lifetime ago that I did that for almost ten years.

Congratulations on yur award performance. It will help for promotions.
You may need more than Po Chai, it might be a virus. You may need anti biotics.
It has been cloudy and low 60's in the mornings. Grandma and me both have sciatica problems. It always happen around this time of the year.
Take care.
